Whenever you are in hurry and your bananas are getting spoiled, you can make a quick Banana Shake!
Ingredients for preparing Banana Milk Shake (for two people):
It is the best drink to give to your children during breakfast or after then come from playing. It gives them nourishment and cools them down!

- 1 1/2 glass milk
- 2 bananas
- Sugar 2 tbs (according to taste)
- 2 scoop of Vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate powder (Nesquick, Milo, Bonvita etc)
Method:
- Pour the milk in the blender
- Chop the bananas and put them in the blender along with the milk
- Pour in the sugar
- Now blend them properly.
- Now vanilla ice cream and blend it a little for 3-4 second
