Banana Shake

Whenever you are in hurry and your bananas are getting spoiled, you can make a quick Banana Shake!

Breakfast for my children this morning!
Ingredients for preparing Banana Milk Shake (for two people):
  • 1 1/2 glass milk
  • 2 bananas
  • Sugar 2 tbs (according to taste)
  • 2 scoop of Vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate powder (Nesquick, Milo, Bonvita etc)
 Method: 
  1. Pour the milk in the blender
  2. Chop the bananas and put them in the blender along with the milk
  3. Pour in the sugar
  4. Now blend them properly. 
  5. Now vanilla ice cream and blend it a little for 3-4 second
If you want to add ice, crush the ice-cubes and put in the shake and blend for 1 second. Pour the shake in your glass and sprinkle your chocolate powder on top to give it a nice finishing!

It is the best drink to give to your children during breakfast or after then come from playing. It gives them nourishment and cools them down!
